Camp Bentzon 2011

Year 6 Camp at Kawau Island.

These are 2 photos that Miss Vaa'fusuaga ( Teacher ) and Steve ( a helper ) took of Me and the Katz A ( on the Right ) and my Bivouac Crew ( Andrea, Anarhera and me.




Running to my mums room, I knocked on the door saying “ GET UP MUM GET UP” because today was going to be exciting for me. Then I had to get my day pack ready and set off for today, then I went into the kitchen to make my mum said that she was going to by me some lunch from the shops. After that we brought some breakfast from the bakery, I had 2 Chicken Kebab sticks and a Custard Pie, then she brought me some lunch witch was a Chicken and avocado sandwich and Cookie Bear biscuits with a Le-snack, doesn't that sound delicious to you because it does to me.

My favourite Activity at Camp Bentzon was Sailing. I was the demonstration for Katz A (my team) and the person that was teaching all of us was Peter, he told me to get into the boat and sit straight then he showed me the rudder that controls the boat to where to where you want to go and he also showed us that if you want to turn around back to shore you have to put the tail to the sail and leave it there until you turn around and sit on the other side of the boat, so then on the concert night I got an Eward for being the best sailor.


The best thing about camp was eating the food. Our cook Mr Coop was an amazing cooker because when I had breakfast I had a bread that was made by Mr Coop and when I put it in my mouth I wanted to go for more bread and that is like my 2nd favourite bread that I like because my first is French bread and French sticks.

FIREWORKS!!!

My mum and my aunty went to the warehouse to get some fireworks. While they were getting them my sisters and I went outside to look at the other fireworks around our street. There were very loud "Booms" but it was only because those people put a Cascade inside a bottle and light it up and then it makes a very very loud "Boom". After that we went inside to watch T.V, and waited for my mum, before she got here we were making a whole lot of mess in the house so we had to clean it all up or els we couldn't do fireworks. Then at around 9:00 we started up the fireworks we had like 9 fireworks in a box that were very huge, the first one we did did a loud boom the next one wasn't that cool the very last one was awesome because of all the beautiful colors. Next we had to go inside and have supper and go to bed, that was a really cool night and there were so many beautiful colors all around our street.

Visiting Mars?

One day I went outta space to see if Aliens really do exists. When I went outta space I landed on a planet named Mars. It had lots of holes in it and when I was about to say WOW, I got knocked out with a rock. Next minute I was in a Space ship with, I don't believe it I saw aliens I got really scared that I fainted. Then I woke up again in a castle filled with lots and lots of aliens I was about to faint again but then I notest that they lift me up and chucked me on a chair. When I said who are you they started talking a different language that I didn't really know how to speak. It was so bizarre.


After that they offered me some food that looked really yuk, but when I was eating it it tasted like Chicken. Then they showed me a room fulled with lots and lots of food and I started to eat like half the table, then I started getting full so I tried to ask them if they know where a bed is but they didn't understand so I acted it out. Then he showed me to a big room with 5 beds on top of each other. The next morning I woke up and had some breakfast, and after that I found my rocket, ship, he was all fixed thanks to the aliens. I was a bit sad that I had to go but I knew that it was the right thing to do, so I went in my rocket and blasted off back to Earth, it was really cool to be back in my home sweet home. At night time I went outside to look out my telescope to see mars and there it was. The End

The first thing I did was that I had to help my mum pack our stuff. Then we put them outside and waited for the Church Van to come and pick us up. So my mum made us some dinner to take with us in case we were hungry. As soon as we got to Church we sat down and ate some food like Hot Chips and Burgers. The doctor family were all ready there eating Hot Chips and Chicken mmmmmm, doesn't that sound delicious to you well it does to me. After that more and more people came there were 2 bus's there. There was a Big bus and a Small bus most of the people went to the Big Bus but I went to the Small bus because it was worm and smelled nice not like the other one it smelled like smoke but it was warm too. Next we went on the bus and I found the perfect space to sit. It was right next to the window were I could see lots of lights. It was so cool to get out of Auckland for the 3rd time. It took 2 hours to get to Ngaruawahia. When we got there the Vaafusuangas were all ready there making sausages sizzles and there were all so apples and drinks there for us. I had about 2 saussage sizzles and 3 drinks that tasted like it had fizzy drink mixed with juice that tasted really nice. Then we took all of our stuff to our Cabin 2B and next to us were these girls after we finished packing our stuff we went to the game room and sat on the ground to see what we were going to do next. The next thing we did was that two people named Marlyse and Matt put us into 4 groups and those groups were named Georgia, Namibia, Russia, and Romania. The group that I was in was Namibia lot's of people were in there. What we had to do was to think of something to do in front of all the other country's. In my team we painted our hands that had letters on for Namibia and I was the first A. Then it was time to show it off our one went something like this ( Give me an N N you got your N you got your N give me an A A you got your A you got your A Give me a M M you got your M you got your M Give me an I I you got your I you got your I Give me a B B you got your B you got your B Give me an I I you got your I you got your I Give me an A A you got your A you got your A) My aunty was the N I was the A my friend Jessica was M and I was J.T B was my sister Antonia the I was Tateana and A was my other aunty. The winning team was everyone. After that we grabbed this Shaving cream because we didn't have any snow then we had Hundred and Thousands, and of course chocolate. We had to choose 2 people to get all dirty. And it was my friend Jessica and my other friend Levi. What we had to do was that we had to cover them up with Shaving cream for a start then add some sprinkles to decorate them. After that they had to go and take a shower in the bath rooms. Then we had to go to bed after every think was packed away and tidy for Saturday the next day. I couldn't go to sleep because this moth was outside by the light and kept on going on the light and off, it didn't end until 2:35am in the morning so I didn't have that much fun that night but it was awesome.


In the morning we got dressed into our other clothes and went inside the dining room to have some nice breakfast. I had Rice Bubbles and 2 toast with Peanut Butter it was delicious I had breakfast with my friend Jessica and my sister Vaughn. After that we had to do Aerobics to keep us fit what we had to do was that we went up to the chapel and did it there (Its like a kind of church.) After that we went to the big field to play three games. The first game was to put your face in the bucket of apples in jelly a boy named Jonty went first. The rules in this game was to not use any hands you could pass it by your mouth or your shoulder so that was a tough challenge we cheated by using our t-shirts. The second game we played was one with toilet paper and water we had to put the toilet paper inside the water and trow it at the other team and that was an awesome game. The third game was duck duck goose yes it is the same as the normal one but we had real eggs the rules for this game was to get an egg and when you reach the person you want then you crack the egg on there head and run round the circle and back to there spot. When it was my tern I cracked the egg on a man named Matt but if he taged me that person got to sauce there head and my sister Emmy did, but I made it. After that we had to eat, what we had eaten was Ice-cream and banana inside with chocolate sauce lots and lots of it. How it started to be a food fight it all started when my mum Elizabeth ate some Ice-cream she flicked it at my cousin Ramona and then she put some on my mums head, and that's how it started to be a food fight. but I didn't want to play I just wanted to eat but then my sister came up be hind me and she had a hand full of Ice-cream and put it on my face so then I joined in, after that we had to clean up. But the kids had to wash them self and they could go any where, what I did first was that I went to the showers to wash out the chocolate and the sprinkles out my hair. After that I went to the swimming pool inside this gate, it was a small pool but it was so warm, my sister vaughn and my new friend Jessica and I went together. Then people called out that it was time to play "PAINT BALL" My brother Dominic gave 5 dollars for me and him, then we went to a field that had targets everywhere. The equipment that we had was a Slingshot, a helmet and 5 little green balls that look like marbles after we were ready we could do the targets. There were three targets in front of us and I tried to do them but I didn't know how to use the Slingshot so I tried one near bye, it was a body and I aimed for the face and when I did it It sounded like this "SPLOSH" the paint went all over it. After that we had to get into 4 groups my group was with my brother and sister (Dominic and Vaughn) and Athena so we went into a spot that we could shot the other people. Suddenly Matt and Marlyce (the people that are taking care of it) said to us that there was going to be a Death Match so we did not go into teams we had to shot each other if you got Slingshot then you had to stay out and watch the other people. The only people that were left was me and a boy named Jonty. Lots of the green balls fell out his pocket and I picked it up and slingshot him. That was my favourite part of the holidays hope you liked my awesome story.

The First Day of Term 4!!

I really liked our new topic called “ OUTTA THIS WORLD, it was all about Planets and Galaxy's. I saw some teachers with Alien masks on that looked really creepy to me.
My favourite highlight at the Immersion Assembly was the introduction. It was really cool when I saw all these planets, and I didn’t know that Earth was that small. These are the planets that go in order that I saw on the big screen. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, the Moon, Mars, Cease, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Eris. WOW that is lots.What I have learned was that there are lots of galaxy’s and planets. My favourite planet is Saturn because of the beautiful rings around it. If I went to Saturn I would bring a little bag so that I could bring something that is in space to my country and show them what I have collected, and I might even be famous by the end of the day.

My Favourite Highlight on my brothers Birthday.

On Saturday I went to my brothers house because it was his birthday. So me and my family had to cook lots of food ( because there were 14 there) After that my mum said to me that I had to look after my brother so me and my little baby brother Marley went to the playground, while my sisters were inside watching T.V. Then I took him back and went with my sister Vaughn to my friends house and we were playing on the trampoline and put loud as music on, it was so loud that I think from a cross the road could hear it. When I was there I noticed that she had eye contacts on, that suited her and she looked so pretty. Next we went back to my brothers house and there were more people there were 6 more people so that is 20 people altogether WOW! So then it was time to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIM, then we could eat. I ate egg, Chocolate Crackles and mini pies (I had 2 of them) Then we sat down and had a drink and watched T.V and then we went home. Man that was an awesome day because it was a very hot day.

AUSSIE RULES

In stead of playing Badminton on Thursday’s we do Aussie Rules. Aussie Rules is a great thing to be taught about. We have been introduced by a lady named Megan, who is going to talk to us about Aussie Rules. When we were there she took us on to the field and told us to either bob down or sit on the grass. We also learn about how to bounce the ball, bouncing the ball was easy but the drop punt was kind of tricky to me. Anyways Megan said to us that we had to bounce the ball every 10 steps or 20 meters. I am use to bouncing a rugby ball because I have 1 at home that I practice with after my homework. That was one of my favourite things.
My favourite game was when we had to get a rugby ball and to pretend that there was a river between the Tigers ( My team) and the lions ( Mr Somerville's team) After that a man named Johnny told us that when you kick the ball it has to come over the other teams head and land on the ground. The first team to win was the Tigers but then we had a second match then the lions won. But then it was time to go to class, and it was an awesome day so maybe one day you should try it. Rugby World Cup 2011

My favourite part of the Rugby World Cup was when a boy was walking through names of rugby players on the ground. The last name was Jonah Lomu he is the best Rugby player I have ever seen and herd about. After that they both walked to a tall trophy that had a girl singing a beautiful song that I would like to learn, when I grow up just like her because she has a beautiful voice and she is pretty. Maybe one day I would be just like her.

My 2nd favourite Highlight was the Fire Works. They looked so cool when Mr Somerville ( My teacher) showed me on his Mac Book, but I really wished that I would of been there but I was at my Church Camp. To bad I couldn’t see the Rugby World Cup 2011, opening ceremony in Auckland. Some people from my school said that some of the Fire works came out the Sky Tower. And I said Wow that sounds awesome. My teacher Mr Somerville said that he was trying to get on a train but all the trains were filled because of the people at Sylvia Park, and I just laughed.

Jonah Lomu.

Hi my name is Dante Bartlett and today I'm writing about my favourite All Blacks player. Jonah Lomu is one of my favourite All Black players. He does the most hardest and strongest tackles. His full name is Jonah Tali Lomu and his position on field is wing. He was born on the 12 of May 1975. Rugby union is New Zealand's most popular sport school. He attended Wesley College, Pukekohe. He was inducted to the International Rugby Hall of Fame on the 9th of October 2007. After that Jonah Lomu started to be the best All Black Rugby player. Jonah Lomu ROCKS!!!! One day I wish to meet Jonah Lomu because he is awesome and cool.

Broncos vs Sea Eagles.

Yesterday night I watched the Broncos and the Sea Eagles playing rugby on T.V . And do you
know who I saw? I saw Darren lockyer. Darren Lockyer is one of my favourite rugby players. When I watched them play I knew that Broncos was going to win and you know what, they did. So me and my dad and my sisters started to cheer for them it was 18 to 10 it was a tough game. Lots of them played really well and so good. But if I were there I would cheer so loud saying'' GO BRONCOS GO BIT THAT TEAM DOWN'' Here is a video of them playing. Hope you like it.

New Zealand Infomation.

You could find my county, New Zealand in the Pacific Ocean. Polynesians settled NZ in 1250 - 1300 and Europeans first made contact in 1642. In 1840 the Treaty of Waitangi was signed between the Maori and British people. Maori are the largest minority, followed by Asians and non - Maori Polynesians. The Maori name of New Zealand is Aotearoa which translates to ‘The Land of the Long White Cloud’.
There are three main Islands named, the North Island, South Island and Stewart Island. New Zealand also has Niue, Tokelau and the cook Islands apart of it’s realm. The official languages in New Zealand are English, Te Reo Maori and New Zealand Sign language. In the North Island of New Zealand is the largest populated city called Auckland. The four largest cities are Auckland (with one-third of the country's population), Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton.

Room 16 on One News

I was really excited because a lady named Kim came to our class and said that we were going to be on T.V! Suddenly our whole class started to try and look pretty in front of the camera, just like me. We had to be very quiet so that Kim could talk about Pt England School having Netbooks. Here is a video of us on One News and you can see Room 16 working very quietly. I felt really stink about the other schools not having Netbooks, but if I were to be the owner of the Netbooks I would help the poor schools get them so that they would have fun like we are right now. The Life Education Caravan.

On Monday the 8th of August we went to the Life Education caravan.We first had to take off our shoes then we had to line up from biggest to smallest so that meant the biggest had to sit at the back and the smallest at the front. Room 16 was waiting for a while so that Harold the Giraffe could come out and say hello. When he came out and told Lynn that he had to do Homework he had to do his homework. When she was reading his Homework Harold stared behind the paper and started to look at Elizabeth and then Lynn said’’ Harold why are looking at that girl’’ and he said ‘’ I want her to be my girlfriend’’ and then everyone was laughing. So Harold went inside his room and we had to do his Homework but we only did three or two tasks for him. The first thing we did was learning about the body parts . Then the body systems. So there were lots to do then. Then we went to go back to class it was very cool and funny when you go there you have to put up your hand when you want to say something.

BACK TO SCHOOL.

On the first day of school I was so happy to see all my friends and Mr Somerville. Our new topic was called’’ KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL’’ that is an awesome name for our new topic. Lots of the teachers were dressed up as them self's but with rugby t-shirt. They all looked awesome and funny that I thought the people were going to laugh but they didn't. Mr Jacobson was always shouting out ‘’ IRELAND’’ like about 6 times. We watched about a couple of videos and the others were acting. My favourite highlight was when they gave out tickets so you could get some food Lola had gotten one but not me. That’s the sad part but I really had a great time.

MY HOLIDAYS.

On a Sunday morning I went to church. After that we went to my Nana’s to have lunch my cousin Tamika came with us. The first thing we went to do was that we ate some lunch. We had little pies that are called’’ party pies’’ and toasties with cheese and ham and some spaghetti toasties. Next my brother went to Sylvia Park to change 3 of his PS3 games to a NARUTO game. While he was there me and my sister and cousin went up stairs and played fashion show. My cousin had to give me and my sister some close that we could put on in my sisters room. We tried lots of clothes on but then we had it me and my sister were wearing short shorts and cool as t-shirts. Then we had to take it off and put on our normal clothes and go home. That was a really fun time.

Onomatopoeia

1. The rabbit crunched on the carrot we placed in its bowl.
2. The water balloon hit the foot path with a loud '' SPLOT''.
3. Mrs Jackson peered out from under her umbrella when she heard the thunder rumble.
4. I heard the snap, crackle, and pop off the limbs crackling from the wind and Ice.
5. With a loud thud, the door to the Museum sealed shut behind the intruders.
6. The tickling of the bells on the sleigh put me in the Christmas spirit.
7. Although we warned our dog as he investigated the beehive we soon herd him yelp as he was stung.
8. While keeping a watchful eye on his owners, the golden retriever chomped on his bone.
9. The teacher quited the class due to all the chatter around the room during her lessons.

11. The snake warned us with a hiss to stay away.
12. Stan was pulled under by a huge wave soon he came up sputtering.

MOTAT.

On Thursday Rooms 15 ,16 and 17 went to MOTAT. My favorite highlights was the Tactile Dome. A man choose Lola and she had to choose 3 more people to go with her and it was Mary V, Jay’lee, and I. I went in first then Lola, Jay’lee and Mary followed. We had to go down this fluffy long slide and we all stood up trying to find the way out. The boys were caching up to to us. We felt a net so we were going to go over it but it felt like we should go up it. So then we landed on a step and there was this little slide that led us to a dead end. I began to get really scared because I didn't know there was something there. So I jumped and I sat on a cotton flat bean bag. Then we felt there was a tunnel that we went through and another slide. So we went down it and we ended up in a pile of soft toys. We finally made it to the end but then I got out and I tripped and fell on the mat and everyone saw me. I said to my friend that it was scary and fun.

Partley Cloudley.

The movie that we have seen in room 17 was called" Partley Cloudly".
In the story there are 2 characters it is a cloud that made dangerous things and a stork that delivers.
This story was set up in a sky with clouds around it making things to deliver to mums and dads.
It starts starts off with stokes flying through the air and delivering things to animals, and people.
The main action is the cloud making dangerous baby animals. Then he has a stork that all ways gets hert.
This ends with the cloud being angry because he thinks his stork is working with another cloud. But he is actually getting armer from the other cloud so he can be safe.
I really like it so I'm going for 10/10. I like it because it is interesting and funny and it has lots of clouds making animals and baby's.

Going Bowling.

In the holidays I went to my brothers house to sleep over. In the morning my cousin Luke came to pick up me and my brother Dominic while my Nana went to work and we went to go to the movies. Then we went to the train station to catch a train to Sylvia Park. Then we were going to go up in the elevator but there were a lot of people so we went up the stairs. It was time to watch a movie but there were none that was my brothers favorite. So he changed hes mine to go to bowling. So then we went on the train back to Panmure and went bowling. First we played bowling and it was fun because I came 3rd my brother came 2nd and my cousin came 1st then we went to go and play some games we got 20 coins each then it was always me I had to give my brother some money because his was all gone. We finished our money for the games and started to get toys with the tickets. I had gotten a String Hand and 5 bracelets. My brother got a magnet and my big cousin Luke got 2 cups that have lights on it. Then we went home and started to play my brothers PS3 it was an awesome day for all of us. Hope you liked my story.

My Pet Camel.

Me and my friend Tui decided to have a holiday at Egypt where we could get lots and lots and lots of gold. But the problem that there was a camel and no one seemed to own it so me and Tui were going to ride on it but it was quit hard to, you know get on it.Tui and I were thinking of bringing it home but what would mum and dad say they might get frightened. So then we went on to the plane but what about the camel so of course I had to bye an enormous suit case and then my camel and some of my clothes to cover him went in the suit case and in to the plane we went. When we went home mum and dad did get angry about the camel but we could still keep it I was so happy. But all dads under pants were missing and I knew who it was it was the camel.

Magic Carpet Storie.

On August the sixteenth it was my birthday. I decided to bring my BFF Jay’lee. We were going on a vacation to Hawaii. Isn't that awesome? The first thing we went to was a beautiful beach that was see through so we could see all the fish and sea horses. Then we went back on to the hot sand and had a rest. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!! “What?” said Jay’lee. “There is a Magic carpet on top of me!” Then Jay’lee fainted. I was frightened but the Magic Carpet was so kind that he took us to our parents and Jay’lee was all right. Then mum asked, “What is this Carpet doing here?” I said, “I’m keeping it in my room.”


‘’YEAH,’’ Mum said. We could keep it, I was so happy that I ran around the field 2 times. I called her Jordan Sparkes. She took us every where we wanted to go. It was fun. The last thing that we wanted to go to was the sky tower. So we started going up up up and the carpet banged in to the sky tower, and then me and Jay’lee went down down down and landed on a trampoline. But Jordan Sparkes was injured, she was riped and dirty. So we took her home and asked mum if she could stitch her together, and then me and Jay’lee would vacuum her, so it took about 30min to get her stitched up. And it took us 21min to vacuum her. Then she was all right but she could not fly us to the sky tower but we went every where else.

Mrs Rogers

Mrs Rogers is a visitor at Pt.England school from the USA. She is in our class for 3 whole days and she is a really cool visitor. But at our school she will be staying for 9 days at Pt.England. She is beautiful and is kind like my teacher Mr Somerville. I hope we can see her again some time next year.

One day I hope she would love to come to our school again and would remember us and that everyday or some other days she will always be happy. She goes to a school in the USA witch is university. If she is in your class room please be kind to her and say hello.

Week 1 Basic Facts!

This is my basic fact for this week.

My Weekend

In the weekend I slept over at my sisters house. On Saturday I had to wake up very early because I had to go to the deaf church with my Nana and sister. First we went to go to the train station and as soon as we got there the train was there waiting for us. We had to go to the City to get picked up. Then We had to eat some lunch and me and my sister had eaten butter chicken - it was yummy and my Nana had a cup of tea. Then a lady was here to drop us off to deaf church to make some cards and Easter eggs. First we made cards while my Nana was melting the chocolate. We made a few cards then it was time to make some Easter eggs. I could of gotten the one with a lot of pictures on it but instead I took the big Easter egg. Then we had to put the melted chocolate into the plastic mould and then shook it and put it into the fridge. Then it was time to go home. It was a fun day!

Embarrassing Moment

These were the 2 of my embarrassing times on different days.

It all began at the shops when I was embarrassed in front of a few people. I was getting some apples and putted it into the trolley. Then I took about 5 steps and my big brother Dominic put his leg out and I tripped over. So I stood back up again and then there was a 9 year old girl who was laughing. I thought about going to punch her but we had to go and eat some lunch.

It was so embarrassing when I was walking to school in the cold rainy wind I was holding an umbrella. there were other people who were there too but the wind was so hard a girls umbrella flew away and I started to laugh because it was funny. then I was walking with an umbrella and the wind was blowing hard out that the wind broke it. Then the girl was laughing at me. then I went across the road and gave her my umbrella and then ran to school because I didn’t want to get soaked.

Netbooks

Yeah! The year have 5 and 6 students have now gotten their Netbooks for school, ''Horray''. Thanks to the people who organised the Netbooks like Mr Burt and many others. I love working with my own Netbook because a lot of people in our school have them. So I hope you have a great day and have fun. Bye Bye

Favourite Sports

Hi my name is Dante and I am 10 years old. My favorite sport is Netball and soccer because I like shooting and kicking. I have a lot of friends but they are in different classes but I still get to see them at lunch time and morning tea. My goal is to keep my school work better and helping others. My favorite movie is Street dance because it has a lot of interesting things in it like a lot of dancing.

Bigger, Better, Stronger, Faster

On the first week of term 2 Room 16 started to build up towers in our class room. The first thing we had to do was that we had to get into 3 groups our you could do it your self I was in a group of 2 with Turuhira and I. Our equipment was 8 pieces of paper, 1 pear of scissors, 1 glue stick and 1 long strip of sellotape. These were the only things we could use to build a tower. We had to think of some things that could make a tower out of all of these equipment. It was difficult. Then my group came up with an I dear!!!!!!. We thought of the strongest shape that could hold our tower and the strongest shapes were circles and triangles. So out of our paper we made 4 papers shaped as a circle so that we could make a stand with them but then it started to wriggle a bit but it still could balance. But there was some thing wrong we had to make it strong enough to hold the big heavy block. The whole class only had a few minuets left we were finished but other teams had to keep on doing there’s. Then it started to be a challenge our group was second to last and we lost but we tried the winner was Andrea she had the tallest tower that standard.

My Dinosaur :)

Thousands of years ago there lived a Stegosaurus named Cathrine. She was not like the other dinosaurs because she was the only one with blue eyes and the rest had brown eyes. She was the shortest dinosaur out of there family. She loved to eat veges because she was a vegetarian but her family's were known as the best meat eaters. Cathrine also likes to eat plants her favorite veges are Carrots and Corn and the only meat she eats is Corn Beef its her favorite. They lived in a beautiful enormous white house that was in Washington. There were 24 bed rooms for my brothers and sisters and one huge one for me. My brothers and sisters get lots of money but when I get my money I save it for my family to go on a trip to Hawaii.

Cathrine is short but strong, she has spikes on her tail to protect her self from her enemy, plates on her back to look really cool and her skin color is Tan. What she likes to play is Tiggy. That is her favourite thing to play because she is very fast and is better then her family.

Hi my name is Dante and I am going to tell you all about my camp. Have fun reading it.
On Wednesday the 16th to the 18th of March the year 5 and 6 students had tents to sleep in on our school field. I felt excited. I waited anxiously for my friends to come but we were in different teams I was in a team called TRUE CREW. My leaders were Chante and Crusader and the deputies were Kobe and me Dante.

My favorite highlight is Skate land we went by car to go to there. At Skate land there were a lot of good skaters like Chloe, but most of us fell down but tried there best. Then a man said that we were going to play a game and it was a funny game if we herd a beeping sound we had to jump and if there was a different sound we would do the chicken wings it was so funny. Then it was time to do the race I came a tie with Chloe and Jessica they are really fast. Next it was the limbo a lot of people made it like me but then it was the final round and I lost but I tried. You should check out the video that I have put on it is really awesome because the year 5 and 6 had a great time seeing it.

Hi my name is Dante and I am going to tell you my favorite singer. Well my favorite singer is Jordan Sparks she has a great voice and makes me want to sing. My favorite song that she has made is Battlefield. My other favorite singer is Rihanna she is a great singer she is like an angel above. I like listening to the radio because I hear a lot of my favorite singers on their like Stan Walker and Beyounce and many more. Japan's Earthquake

On Friday the 11th of March there was a massive Earthquake in Japan around Tokyo. It has been reported that over 10,000 people are missing and a lot of people are very sad because they have lost there family's. It is a bit scary to know that buildings and houses have been demolished and people missing and things being moved and scattered like toys. I hope there is a way to help them so I say in my heart to them God bless you and the people that have died it is really hard to let the people that you love go that is the same with me. Anyways hope you be safe and take care. Then there was a Tsunami that hit Japan and spreads all over Tokyo and stuff like cars were floating inside the water. A lot of people died from it and I think they are going to have a great time in Heaven. The End

CHRISTCHURCH EARTHQUAKE.

yesterday at 1pm a lot of things have been damaged like the Christchurch cathedral and other buildings. The Earthquake is powerful and intense that can make the ground rumble and shake and make tall buildings collapse to the ground.
The rescuers are coming to rescue the people while they are still trapped. So far there is about 36 people who died and people have been injured and bleeding and some people have been rushed to the hospital. I would like to help them but there is nothing I could do.
1. I really fill sad for Christchurch because a lot of things have been damaged. What I would like to say for them is that take care and hope you find another yesterday at 1pm and a lot of things have been damaged like the Christchurch cathedral and other buildings. My Holiday.

On Saturday morning I went to the beach with my family. We had to eat some food after we had to go into the beach. Then we played with my cousin's Nerf bal. Then we had to eat some lunch and then we went to the park to play. So it was a cool day and then it was time to pack up and go home. It was a fun day.
