The Life Education Caravan.

On Monday the 8th of August we went to the Life Education caravan.We first had to take off our shoes then we had to line up from biggest to smallest so that meant the biggest had to sit at the back and the smallest at the front. Room 16 was waiting for a while so that Harold the Giraffe could come out and say hello. When he came out and told Lynn that he had to do Homework he had to do his homework. When she was reading his Homework Harold stared behind the paper and started to look at Elizabeth and then Lynn said’’ Harold why are looking at that girl’’ and he said ‘’ I want her to be my girlfriend’’ and then everyone was laughing. So Harold went inside his room and we had to do his Homework but we only did three or two tasks for him. The first thing we did was learning about the body parts . Then the body systems. So there were lots to do then. Then we went to go back to class it was very cool and funny when you go there you have to put up your hand when you want to say something.

BACK TO SCHOOL.

On the first day of school I was so happy to see all my friends and Mr Somerville. Our new topic was called’’ KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL’’ that is an awesome name for our new topic. Lots of the teachers were dressed up as them self's but with rugby t-shirt. They all looked awesome and funny that I thought the people were going to laugh but they didn't. Mr Jacobson was always shouting out ‘’ IRELAND’’ like about 6 times. We watched about a couple of videos and the others were acting. My favourite highlight was when they gave out tickets so you could get some food Lola had gotten one but not me. That’s the sad part but I really had a great time.

MY HOLIDAYS.

On a Sunday morning I went to church. After that we went to my Nana’s to have lunch my cousin Tamika came with us. The first thing we went to do was that we ate some lunch. We had little pies that are called’’ party pies’’ and toasties with cheese and ham and some spaghetti toasties. Next my brother went to Sylvia Park to change 3 of his PS3 games to a NARUTO game. While he was there me and my sister and cousin went up stairs and played fashion show. My cousin had to give me and my sister some close that we could put on in my sisters room. We tried lots of clothes on but then we had it me and my sister were wearing short shorts and cool as t-shirts. Then we had to take it off and put on our normal clothes and go home. That was a really fun time.

Onomatopoeia

1. The rabbit crunched on the carrot we placed in its bowl.
2. The water balloon hit the foot path with a loud '' SPLOT''.
3. Mrs Jackson peered out from under her umbrella when she heard the thunder rumble.
4. I heard the snap, crackle, and pop off the limbs crackling from the wind and Ice.
5. With a loud thud, the door to the Museum sealed shut behind the intruders.
6. The tickling of the bells on the sleigh put me in the Christmas spirit.
7. Although we warned our dog as he investigated the beehive we soon herd him yelp as he was stung.
8. While keeping a watchful eye on his owners, the golden retriever chomped on his bone.
9. The teacher quited the class due to all the chatter around the room during her lessons.
10. The frogs greeted each other with ribbits.
11. The snake warned us with a hiss to stay away.
12. Stan was pulled under by a huge wave soon he came up sputtering.

MOTAT.

On Thursday Rooms 15 ,16 and 17 went to MOTAT. My favorite highlights was the Tactile Dome. A man choose Lola and she had to choose 3 more people to go with her and it was Mary V, Jay’lee, and I. I went in first then Lola, Jay’lee and Mary followed. We had to go down this fluffy long slide and we all stood up trying to find the way out. The boys were caching up to to us. We felt a net so we were going to go over it but it felt like we should go up it. So then we landed on a step and there was this little slide that led us to a dead end. I began to get really scared because I didn't know there was something there. So I jumped and I sat on a cotton flat bean bag. Then we felt there was a tunnel that we went through and another slide. So we went down it and we ended up in a pile of soft toys. We finally made it to the end but then I got out and I tripped and fell on the mat and everyone saw me. I said to my friend that it was scary and fun.
